Clarence Fidler - Nova Scotia

Clarence Fidler is from Swan River, Manitoba.

Clarence began Police Curling in 1976 when stationed in
Bridgetown, N.S.
-
Clarence has won 9 Provincial Titles.
-
In 1982, his team won the Nova Scotia Legion
Championship.
-
In 1984, his team won the Canadian Police Championship
in Winnipeg, Mb. Clarence winning all star third that year.
-
In tankard play, his teams have made the final 8 on
three occasions.
-
In 1990, Clarence was elected President of the Nova
Scotia Police Curling Association.

Clarence has been a Zone Coordinator for seven years,
Provincial Coordinator in 1991/92.
-
Clarence is a level two Coach and coached from 1993 -
1998. In 1997 and 1998 his Junior Boys team including his son Hugh won the Nova
Scotia Junior curling titles.

In 1998, Clarence retired from the RCMP and remains
active with the NSPCA to this date.
