Honourary Life Members David Buell and Paul Saulnier

Paul Saulnier and David Buell

Paul Saulnier:
  • Paul was first introduced to the game of curling in 1964 in St. John's, NFLD at the Canadian Police Curling Championship.
  • Paul never played again until moving to PEI in 1982 and 1987 where he played in the Provincial Championships finishing as runner-up each year.
  • In 1988 due to a knee injury Paul took time off from Hockey and dedicated his time to curling.
  • Paul served two terms being PEIPCA President (1992-1993, 1998-1999)
  • Represented PEI at numerous Canadian National Police Championships as well as Legion and Senior Championships.
  • Paul is a two time Canadian Police Curling Champion in 1999 Regina and 2002 Trois-Rivieres.
  • In 2003 Paul was inducted as a CPCA Honourary Lifetime Member.
David Buell:
  • Long time Provincial Coordinator
  • Host Chair of the 2003 Canadian Police Curling Championship in Summerside PEI.
  • In 2003 David was inducted as a CPCA Honourary Lifetime Member.
